Q. Can this program be used with multiple stores?
A. The multistore version of the software supports upto 3 stores.

Q. How do I create DSN? 
A. The steps involved in creating a DSN are listed in the readme file in the Intellishipper directory.

Q. What shipping softwares does IntelliShipper support? 
A. The Intellishipper software supports shipping through UPS Worldship, Fedex ShipManager and Airborne (now DHL) Libra software.

Q. Can I print invoices/packingslip/full order slips for all or selected orders? 
A.
The IntelliShipper software allows you to print invoices, packing slips and full orders in two different formats: the yahoo format and the Intellishipper format.

Q. Can the program be used from network?
A. The Intellishipper software is licensed per desktop. This means for every desktop where it is installed you need to buy a different license. At the same time, if the computer that has your label printing software is on the network, Intellishipper allows you to send the shipping information between the two machines.

Q. I get an email from throw-away@store.yahoo.com with some errors in the email I submitted through intellishipper and tracking numbers do not get updated.
A. 1. In the uploadfiles directory, open the UpdateTracking.txt file. Copy the content of this file and send it using your mail program to tracking-update@store.yahoo.com.
2. Try to submit 10 or less orders from Intellishipper "Shipped Orders" screen.

Q. In Airborne Libra, the leading zeros in the zip code field are omitted.
A.
Please make sure that the csv feed created for Libra is not opened using Microsoft Excel. If you have to open this file, use notepad.
 

Q. Does deleting the orders in Intellishipper delete the orders from the yahoo site?
A.
No, deleting an order from intellishipper removes it from the intellishipper database but does not affect the order on the yahoo server.
