Shipping and Handling
NJ Residents ONLY must include an additional 7.0% Sales Tax to sub-total of order. Our shopping cart will calculate the 7.0% Sales Tax. All customers must pay for Shipping & Handling (S&H). All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours contingent upon credit card approval. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.
We reserve the right to reassess the shipping charges on all orders being shipped Next Day Air
, Second Day Air. Customers will be notified of any changes concerning shipping prior to shipping any order.
Under certain conditions, overnight or priority delivery can not be guaranteed. These include inclement weather, national disasters, strikes and dangerous conditions. Adjustments, refunds and credits will not be given under these circumstances.
RETURN POLICY
Products are warranted solely by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. All defective/opened merchandise must be returned/replaced with the manufacturer. There is no store warranty on any of the products, unless stated otherwise on softbuyweb.com.
It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if the product(s) ordered suits his/her needs and whether the product is compatible with his/her computer. Our order operators are not trained to offer technical or requirement advice; therefore, they will not be held liable for misinformation.
Softbuyweb offers an exclusive 14-day exchange/refund policy, for all un-opened products. Some products are not returnable to Softbuyweb under any circumstances and must be returned to the manufacturer.
You may return un-opened merchandise for exchange or refund within 14 days, subject to Return Authorization from Softbuyweb. Returns are subject to a restocking fees which is 15% or $15(whichever is greater) of the price of the product paid by the customer. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable and will not be taken into account during calculation of restocking fees. For an RA (Return Authorization) number, the customer is required to sign into the "My Account" section and select the order. The RMA request can be sent from the links on that section.
All returns must be un-opened, and should be in Factory Sealed condition. Please, note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty card (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse the return, if the products are altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons.
A Valid RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton. Our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RA#. There are no exemptions to this rule!
All Returns should be Freight Prepaid by ground service.
