They put my order on Hold but did not contact me about it, although they said they did. I finally contacted them and they said they needed my billing address. I pointed out that it was the same as the shipping address and was clearly shown on the order. Once this was cleared up I received the order in a timely manner. Their customer service could have been more friendly.
